Exchanges & Returns Policy:

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for online sessions under the following conditions:

The client requests a refund within [14 days] from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If the request for a refund is made after 14 days from the date of purchase.

The client has cancelled the session less than 24 hours prior to the booking.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your online sessions, please follow these steps:

The request will be reviewed within 5 business days.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days.

5. Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit (at your discretion) for the affected sessions. We will notify you of any cancellations as soon as possible.

Delivery Times: Universal Psychology Japan does not provide physical products or shipping services. All services will be provided as scheduled.
